RECENT OPENINGS

New DWGD designed courses opened during Summer 2004 include the 9 hole extension at Palleg Golf Club in South Wales and the 9 hole Par 3 course adjacent to Sealand Driving Range on the outskirts of Chester.
Also opened in Summer 2004 was the short game practice area at Westerham Golf Club, where the 18 hole course was designed by DWGD and opened in May 1997. The new practice area includes a practice chipping green, practice bunker, and teeing area to two target greens.
The 9 hole course at Streete Court to be known as Godstone Golf Club opened for play in Spring 2005 following its construction in Summer 2004. Situated very close to Junction 6 of the M25, it has been built for Ron Noades, for whom DWGD have previously built two successful 18 hole courses nearby at Westerham GC and Surrey National GC, in Caterham.
